1. Registration

a. AP Settings

To register the settings:

1. Click on the “AP Settings” button of the main form.

      The AP settings’ registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Create a new record” button.

3. Fill the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

NOTE! You can register AP Setting only once at the beginning of the Affiliate Program.

b. Affiliates

To register a new affiliate:

1. Click on the “Affiliates” button of the main form.

      The Affiliate’s registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Create a new record” button.

3. Fill the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

NOTE! If a Reference ID is not known you should enter 0.

c. Orders/Sales/Leads

To register a new order/sale/lead:

1. Click on the “Sales” button of the main form.

      The Sale’s registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Create a new record” button.

3. Fill the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

d. Payments

To register a new payment manually:

1. Click on the “Payments” button of the main form

      The Payment’s registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Create a new record” button.

3. Fill the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

To register new payments automatically:

1. Enter the dates on the main form.

2. Click on the “Payments Due” button on the main form.

      The “Payments Report” form will appear.

3. Click on the “Register payments” button.

     All payments from the table on the report will be added to the payments database.

e. Communications (version 4)

To register a new communication session:

1. Click on the “Communications” button of the main form.

      The Communications' registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Create a new record” button.

3. Fill the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

2. Edit Changes

a. Affiliates

To edit an affiliate's record:

1. Click on the “Affiliates” button of the main form.

      The Affiliate’s registration form will appear.

2. Go to the record you want to edit (See Navigation).

3. Click on the “Edit this record” button.

4. Fill the fields on the form.

5. Verify entered data.

6. Click on the “Save this record” button.

b. Orders/Sales/Leads

To edit an order/sale/lead record:

1. Click on the “Sales” button of the main form.

      The Sale’s registration form will appear.

2. Go to the record you want to edit (See Navigation).

3. Click on the “Edit this record” button.

4. Edit the fields on the form.

5. Verify entered data.

6. Click on the “Save this record” button.

c. Payments

To edit a payment's record:

1. Click on the “Payments” button of the main form.

      The Payment’s registration form will appear.

2. Go to the record you want to edit (See Navigation).

3. Click on the “Edit this record” button.

4. Edit the fields on the form.

5. Verify entered data.

6. Click on the “Save this record” button.

d. Communications (version 4)

To edit a communication's record:

1. Click on the “Communications” button of the main form.

      The Communications' registration form will appear.

2. Click on the “Edit this record” button.

3. Edit the fields on the form.

4. Verify entered data.

5. Click on the “Save this record” button.

3. Navigation

a. Manually

1. Enter the record number in the text box between the “Edit this record” and the “Go to record N” buttons.

2. Click on the “Go to record N” button.

      The data of this record will be displayed on the form.

You can use buttons with arrows to move forward/backwards.

b. Automatically

1. Click on the form’s “Maximization” box (square in the top-right corner of the form).

2. Type the search criteria in the corresponding boxes on the right side of the form.

3. Click on the “Display” button.      The table on the form will be filled with records satisfying the search criteria.

4. Double click on the row with the record you are interested in.

     The record will be displayed on the left side of the form.

To sort the data in the table, click on the column with a sorting parameter.

4. Reports

AP Performance Report

This report shows volumes of sales, payments to the affiliates, and incomes per given time intervals in the following format:

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Click on the “AP Performance” button.

The report will appear.

Activity of Affiliates Report

This report shows the affiliates' activity according to the following criteria:

-Attracting new affiliates;

-Generating sales.

This report may be in two formats: short and full.

The short format is as follows:

Affiliate’s ID

Level

Number of Subaffiliates

Volume of Sales









Total







The full format also contains the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID.

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) in the main form.

2. Enter Affiliate's ID into the text box (right from the button). Enter 0 for whole network.

3. Select type of report (short or full)

4. Click on the “Activity of affiliates” button. The report will appear.

Net Structure Report

This report shows the structure of the whole affiliate network in the following format.

Level

Total affiliates

New affiliates

Referenced ID







Total





To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Enter Affiliate's ID into the text box (right from the button). Enter 0 for whole network.

3. Click on the “Net structure”button. The report will appear.

For the whole network the fourth column is absent.

Payments Due Report

This report shows how much the Organizer should pay to affiliates for the given period. This report also has short and full formats. The following is the short format:

The full format also contains the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID.

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Select type of report (short or full)

3. Click on the button-“Payments Due”.

The report will appear.

Accounts Balance Report

This report shows affiliates accounts information. The short format is as follows:

Affiliate’s ID

Income

Payments

Balance









Total







The full format also contains the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID.

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Select type of report (short or full)

3. Click on the “Accounts” button.

The report will appear.


Income Structure Report(versions 2 and higher)

This report shows income details for affiliates. The short report has the following format:

Sub-Level

Sales

Commissions

Income











Total









The full report also contains the following fields: Name, Surname, Street, City, Country, Post_cod, Phone, Email, URL, Personal_ID.

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Enter Affiliate's ID into the text box (right from the button).

3. Select type of report (short or full).

4. Click on the “Affiliates' income structure” button.

The report will appear.

Downline Report (versions 4 and higher )

This report shows the "downline" for a given affiliate. The short report has the following format:

Sub-level
ID
Name
Surname
E-mail
Phone






The full report also contains the following fields: Street, City, Country, Post Cod, URL.

To generate this report:

1. Enter the dates (ends of the time interval) on the main form.

2. Enter Affiliate's ID into the text box (right from the button).

Enter 0 for whole network.

3. Select type of report (short or full)

4. Click on the “Downline” button.

The report will appear.

5. Export and Print

To print a report in the short format click on the “Print short report” button.

To save a report as a text file with a specified delimiter:

1. Select the desired delimiter (semicolon, comma, space).

2. Click on the “Save as text” button.

The report will be exported to a file with the name of the report and the extension “.txt” in the folder "output".

You can import this “.txt” file in to a spreadsheet, for example Excel.

HTML Reports

There are two ways to generate HTML reports for publishing on the WEB or e-mailing to affiliates:manually and automatically.

To generate a report manually:

1. Click on the desirable report's button on the main form.

2. Click on the "Save as HTML" button on the "Report" form.

The report will be created as an ".html" file in the folder "output"


To generate reports "Income Sructure" and "Downline" for ALL (!!!) affiliates:

1. Check "HTM" box (right from the "Payments Due" button on the main form).

2. Click on the "Payments Due" button.

3. Be patient.

The reports will be created for all affiliates in the folder "HTML".
For example, for the affiliate with ID=1 the "Income" report will be - 1.html
and the "Downline" report will be -"1d.html"

Other. (versions 3 and higher)

To save a record or all records from a registration form just click on the "Save this record" or "Save all records" button (on the right side of the form). A text file will be created in the folder "output"

Version 3(and higher) has enlarged fields: “Surname”, “Email”, and “URL”.
All data files are in the folder "data". In the folder "backcopies" there are backcopies of these files.
In the "Additional info" (Affiliates form) "Details" (Sales and Payments forms) fields you can place up to 32KB of text.
