Probably not, because there is a lot of space in this field and people prefer to keep details as trade secrets.
You may try in forex forums. They have a lot of information and people willing to teach you to become rich.
But be careful with crooks.

The general steps are following:

1. You should select reliable on-line forex companies (2-3) in different places.
Case1 If they have a common bank or netting agreements you are lucky! (you do may do riskless arbitrage)
Case 2 If they have not a common bank or netting agreements you should accept some risk.

2. Place trader's windows on the computer screen. Choose GBP/USD quotes from a one company, EUR/GBP from the second company and EUR/USD from the
third company. Follow these quotes on FACalc by clicking arrows (you should click only "BID" rates)

3. If you will see an arbitrage opportunity opens the positions.
Case 1. You are in profit!
Case 2. You should wait to close the positions with a profit. Follow the rates by clicking on the arrows and see the recommendations. When you will see "close" you
may close or wait for more profit.(This is in the version 2). Remember that you are exposed to risks and should support margins.

: Would someone teach me how to actually do the arbitrage trades, step by step? I don't mind paying a reasonable fee, if the person really knows the stuff.
