AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, made and entered by and between AdvMathAppl, Inc. ("Company" or "we"), a Nevada Corporation, with its principal place of business at 711 S. Carson suite 4 Carson City, NV 89701 USA, and you, the affiliate ("you" or "Affiliate"), contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Company's Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate Program" or "Program")

| Sub affiliate (1st level sub affiliate) | -An affiliate that joins the AP on reference/recommendation of the affiliate |

1. Enrollment in the Program
Any person old enough to legally enter into a contract can be our affiliate. You will submit a completed Affiliate Program application form. After we carefully review your application, we will notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
You can be registered as an affiliate of our program only once and cannot change the payment scheme you selected. You receive an Affiliate ID to track your earnings from sales generated by you and by all your sub affiliates (up to the maximal level in your payment scheme). You should select the payment scheme according to how you wish to be rewarded. The payment scheme cannot be changed.
2. Promotion of Our Services and/or Affiliate Program
You can promote our services/program in any way that does not violate this agreement and is not harmful to any person, business, or society. You agree to not use "spam" techniques in your promotions.
You should provide your Affiliate ID to all customers that you refer to our services because you receive commissions from each completed sale that was registered under your Affiliate ID or via the link we provide you.
You should provide your Affiliate ID to all new affiliates that you refer to our Affiliate Program because you receive commissions from each completed sale that was registered under your sub affiliates up to the last level in your payment scheme.
NOTE! You will not receive commissions from a sale if the sale was registered without either your ID or your sub affiliate's ID.
3. Confidentiality
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or with the consent of the other party hereto, each of the parties hereto agrees that all information, including, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement, business and financial information, customer and vendor lists, and pricing and sales information, concerning us or you, respectively, or any of our Affiliates provided by or on behalf of any of them shall remain strictly confidential and secret and shall not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by such party for its own business purposes or for any other purpose except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public through a source or sources other than such party hereto or its affiliates.
4. Publicity
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit to be created, published, or distributed any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent.
5. Relationships
You and the Company are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
6. Independent Investigation
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the Company's Affiliate Program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this Agreement.
7. Fraud
If you commit fraud or falsify information in connection with the registration of members in the affiliate program, this Agreement will be terminated immediately. In addition, you will be liable to the Company for any and all damages that Company suffers as a result of such actions. You will also be responsible for returning to the Company all commissions received for fraudulent/falsified members, and we will not hesitate to pursue all legal causes of action against you to the fullest extent possible under the law.
Company's Rights and Obligations
1. Payments
We will calculate your earnings from participation in the program according to your choice of payment scheme. We will send information about your earnings each month to your e-mail address. At your request, we will send the earned sum via the Payment Provider (PayPal). The Payment Provider will retain the cost of transfer from your earnings and send the resulting sum on your bank account.

Example of Your Earning Calculation:
Payment Scheme=4.
According to the table, you will receive 10% from all sales generated personally, plus 5% from all sales generated by all your sub affiliates, plus 3% from all sales generated by all your 2nd level affiliates, plus 2% from all sales generated by all your 3rd level affiliates.
2. Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date of approval of your Affiliate Program application and shall continue thereafter in full force and effect until terminated at any time by either party by giving the other party notice of termination.
During the first three years the Company may not terminate this agreement for any reason, except cases pointed out in this agreement (fraud, spamming, and so on).
3. Modifications
We may modify this Agreement only under special conditions. You will be notified by email, and a change notice will be posted on our site. If the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in this Affiliate Program after a change notice has been posted will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
4. Anti-Spam Policy
Affiliates will be removed from the Company's Affiliate Program and forfeit any pending commissions if they are caught spamming. Spamming is not allowed and will not be tolerated!
5. Governing Laws
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada.
